Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your camping product. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

Email support@cofonainc.site with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and, for eligible returns, return shipping at no cost to you.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and include photographs when helpful.

Exceptions

Items that are used, damaged through misuse, or returned after the 30-day period may not qualify for a refund, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
